Because each Vista Lux unit is made to order, we take great care to ensure every detail meets your specifications. As such, our return and refund policy is outlined as follows:

Custom Orders

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returns

Returns are only accepted in the event of manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Repairs or Replacements

• If a defect is verified, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

• Shipping for approved returns or replacements will be covered by us.

Cancellations

After 24 hours, a 15% cancellation fee will apply if production has not yet begun.

All Vista Lux units are professionally delivered by AVG Projects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Delivery Terms

• Delivery is managed by AVG Projects at a flat fee of R200.00 per order.

• Delivery is available within major regions in South Africa.

• We will confirm a delivery date and location with you once your unit is ready.

Assembly (Optional)

• On-site assembly is available at an additional cost, quoted based on location and scope.

• If assembly is not selected, the product will be delivered fully built or with basic instructions provided, depending on unit size.

Lead Time

• If the unit is in stock, delivery will take place within 7–10 working days.

• If not in stock, please allow for a 6-week lead time as the product is made to order.

Delays

• AVG Projects is not responsible for delays caused by supplier lead times, transport interruptions, or external logistics issues.

• We will communicate any unavoidable changes to expected delivery timeframes.

Receiving Your Order

• All units are quality-checked prior to dispatch.

• Please inspect the item upon delivery. Any visible concerns must be reported immediately.

• Once delivery is accepted, AVG Projects accepts no further liability for damage or defect.

Missed or Failed Delivery

• If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessibility, absence of recipient, or incorrect information, a re-delivery fee will apply.
